これはOffiX Files-2.4eをベースにしたNeXTライクなファイルマネージャです。
dndを組み込んだアプリケーション(XEmacsなどが組み込み可能です)に対して
ドラッグアンドドロップが可能になります。
このパッケージをリビルドする場合にはdnd-develパッケージが必要です。

A multi-function text editor using GTK+

oriented and very secure. GXedit is a graphical text editor

for creating hardware assisted computer graphics. To the extent that Mesa
utilizes the OpenGL command syntax or state machine, it is being used with
authorization from Silicon Graphics, Inc. However, the author (Brian Paul)
makes no claim that Mesa is in any way a compatible replacement for OpenGL
or associated with Silicon Graphics, Inc. Those who want a licensed
implementation of OpenGL should contact a licensed vendor. However, Mesa is
very similar to OpenGL, and you might find Mesa to be a valid alternative to

Nana-gnus とは

Nana-gnus は SEMI のための gnus-mime と

USI は、Siag-3.1.6(http://www.edu.stockholm.se/siag/)をベースに
石渡さんが日本語化や機能拡張を行ったオフィスパッケージです。
日本語ワープロ jpw, 表計算 jsiag, アニメーションツール jegon から
なります。
当初は SIAG_JP という名称で開発が行われていましたが、外観が
同じでも動作が異なる機能もあり、オリジナル Siag の改版にも
追従していないため、混乱を防ぐために名称が USI に変更されました。
このバージョンには、ゴシックフォントや明朝フォントが正常に
表示されない不具合があります。/usr/doc/USI-1.0.6.4/README.vine を
参照して XLC_LOCALE を変更すると、この不具合を回避できます。
IMAP に対応したメール/ニュースリーダ (Mule/XEmacs用)
注意：この SRPM パッケージを rebuild するには、mule-2.3@19.34
(Vine Linux に標準) と xemacs-20.4 (Vine Plus に収録) の両方が

autoconfはconfigureスクリプトを生成する時に用いられるものであり、エンドユーザーが特に必要とするものではありません。
GNU automake - Makefile構成ツール
GNU automakeは実験的なMakefile生成ツールです。これは4.4BSDのmake及びそれに含まれるファイルに示唆されましたが、移植性を良くすることや、Makefileの変数やターゲットをGNU標準に適合させることを目的としたものです。

Blackbox - an X11 Window manager
Blackboxは、X11R6用のウィンドウ・マネージャの一つです。
Blackboxは、他のウィンドウ・マネージャとの共通のコードを使用せずに、
C++でスクラッチから書かれています。
(Window Makerのグラフィックの実装を参考にしていますが)
また、このパッケージでは、デフォルトのメニューをVine Linux用に
カスタマイズしています。

FLIM は Internet message に関する様々な表現形式や符号化に関する
基礎的な機能を提供するための汎用部品です。
Color-Mate - X 版 Mule/Emacs の画面をカラフルにします。
"Color-Mate" とは、 mule/emacs/xemacs/"Mule for Win32"/Meadow
(以下これらの全てをまとめて emacsen と呼びます)のカラー表示機能を使って
Ｘウィンドウ版/Windows 版 emacsen の画面を見やすくするものです。
このパッケージは、ドキュメントのみの構成ですが、
"Color-Mate" の設定を行うのに必要です。
Compface - 48x48x1 画像の圧縮/伸張ライブラリ
このプログラムは、48x48x1 の画像を圧縮形式に変換したりその逆を行ったり
するためのものです。
この RPM パッケージにはバイナリ, ライブラリ, ヘッダファイルが含まれます。
このライブラリとヘッダファイルは XEmacs を --with-xface オプション付で
コンパイルするのに必要なものです。

environment.
It's a powerful, easy to configure environment which
helps to make your computer easy to use.
DHCPC Daemon
dhcpcd is an implementation of the DHCP client specified in
draft-ietf-dhc-dhcp-09 (when -r option is not speci- fied) and RFC1541
(when -r option is specified).
It gets the host information (IP address, netmask, broad- cast address,
etc.) from a DHCP server and configures the network interface of the
machine on which it is running. It also tries to renew the lease time
according to RFC1541 or draft-ietf-dhc-dhcp-09.
Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol Server
The Internet Software Consortium DHCP Server, dhcpd, implements the
Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and the Internet Bootstrap
Protocol (BOOTP). DHCP allows hosts on a TCP/IP network to request
and be assigned IP addresses, and also to discover information about
the network to which they are attached. BOOTP provides similar
functionality, with certain restrictions.

FLIM は Internet message に関する様々な表現形式や符号化に関する
基礎的な機能を提供するための汎用部品です。
freefonts - collection of free ATM fonts
This is a collection of 79 freely available fonts. All of them were found in
the CICA archives for Windows.
Some of them are missing special characters, some only contain capitals,
some contain special alphabets. Be careful and check!
The collection was motivated by the lack of good fonts for Linux especially X11
and ghostscript. Scaled bitmaps look really ugly!

Kaffe is a free virtual machine designed to execute Java(TM) bytecode.
Kaffe can be configured in two modes. In the first mode, it operates as
a pure bytecode interpreter (not unlike Javasoft's machine). In the
second mode, it performs "just-in-time" code conversion from the abstract
code to the host machine's native code. The second mode will ultimately
allow execution of Java code at the same speed as standard compiled code,
while also maintaining the advantages and flexibility of code independence.

The Webalizer is a web server log file analysis program which produces

Generally all Linux systems come with the PROC fs.
If you're using a different Unix and it doesn't have the PROC fs, first see
if there is one available... otherwise this monitor won't work!
Work is currently underway to produce a more `portable' wmload that
Solaris/Sun/HP etc.

次のような便利な機能を追加できる
- マウス左ボタンのダブルクリックでNetscape を立ち上げる
(WindowMakerのドックアイコンと同じ)
- 中ボタンのシングルクリックで、Xで選択したテキストをNetscapeに送る
(Netscapeは選択テキストのURLを開く).
- コントロールを押しながら中ボタンをクリックすることで、選択URLを

wmpop3 - POP3 メールチェック用 dock app
WMPop3 は POP3 メールボックスチェック用のアプリケーションです．
POP3 サーバに接続してメールがあるかどうかチェックし，メールがあれば
何通届いているかを知らせてくれます．
最初に wmpop3 を起動した際に，~/.wmpop3rc がないか設定されていない場合は
その旨表示されますので，~/.wmpop3rc を適切に設定して下さい．
また，~/.wmpop3rc のパーミッションを 600 に変更することをお勧めします．
Window Maker/AfterStep memory/swap/IO/uptime/ints monitor
wmsysmon は、memory, swap, disk I/O, 起動時間、割込みをモニターします。
WindowMakerやAfterStep用のドックアプリですが、(たぶん)これらが無くても
動くはずです。(例えばfvwm上でも動くでしょう。)
WindowMakerのテーマ管理
このプログラムで、WindowMakerのテーマをより簡単にインストールできます。
ディレクトリ一覧を使って移動でき、テーマファイルを(もしroot権限で実行

Sound player with the WinAmp GUI, for Unix-based systems
X11Amp is a sound player written from scratch. Since it uses the WinAmp
GUI, it can use WinAmp skins, and play mp3s, mods, s3ms, and other
formats. It now has support for input, output, and general plugins, and
has also been GPL'd.
A multi-player arcade game for X11
XBlast is a multi-player arcade game for X11R5/R6. The game can be played
with at least two players and up to four players. It was inspired by
the video/computer game Bomberman(Dynablaster), which was to my
knowledge first programmed for NEC's PC Engine/Turbo Grafx. Other
(commercial) versions of the original game exist for IBM-PC, Atari ST,
Amiga, NES, GameBoy and Super NES.
View and manage X bitmap and X pixmap files
Xbmbrowser provides a graphical front end for viewing and managing
both bitmap and pixmap files. It will display all the files found
in a specified directory, and allow various operations to be performed
on them including renaming, copying, deleting, editing, and setting it
as the background root window pattern.

GNU Zebra is a free software that manages TCP/IP based routing
protocol. It takes multi-server and multi-thread approach to resolve
the current complexity of the Internet.
GNU Zebra supports BGP4, BGP4+, OSPFv2, OSPFv3, RIPv1, RIPv2, and RIPng.
GNU Zebra is intended to be used as a Route Server and a Route Reflector.
It is not a toolkit, it provides full routing power under a new
architecture. GNU Zebra is unique in design in that it has a process
for each protocol.
